Payment Options & Privacy
  • ­We like to make paying for things as easy as possible, so we accept credit card payment from Visa and Mastercard through Paypal. You can also pay with your Paypal account.
  • ­We will never ever collect or store any of your credit card information.
Shipping & Delivery
  • All ­Items are handmade made to order, and will be made especially for you. They will be made and shipped within 7-14 business days – unless there is a really good reason why they can’t be, and then we will let you know.
  • ­We ship for free anywhere in Australia.
  • ­We ship with Australia Post.
  • ­Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. After that, you can check out exactly where your package is - please allow 12 hours for shipping information to be updated on the Australia Post website.
  • ­All of our orders are shipped with tracking information, because we know how fun it is to keep track of things.
  • ­All available international shipping options will be given to you for selection. Final costs will be calculated before checkout.
  • If you are shipping your purchase internationally, the package will only be trackable through the shipping service you choose to use. The package will only be trackable once it has passed through customs.
  • ­Once we have shipped your order, it is your responsibility to track your package. We have no additional tracking information, other than what we have given you.
  • ­All orders that ship to an Australian address will include GST. Orders outside of Australia do not include GST, however, import and tax fees may apply depending on where you live and what your final destination address is. Fees and taxes vary within each country. For more information, feel free to contact your local customs office. No doubt they will be excited to hear from you.
Returns & Exchange
  • ­If you would like to return or exchange a good, please contact us with the understanding that some restrictions apply.
  • ­Shipping costs are not refunded.
  • ­Items that have been used, worn or damaged will not be accepted for exchange. They are yours to keep. If you believe the item has been damaged during shipping, please let us know within 3 days and we will do everything we can to assist with your insurance claim. Please include images of the damaged item. Every item we put in the post is packaged securely and will be in pristine, untouched, unused condition.
  • ­We will accept returns if we are contacted within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
  • ­All return packages must be sent with insurance.
  • ­Shipping costs for returns will not be covered by Tailfeather.
  • ­If the product you wish to exchange for requires additional charges, you will be contacted with the details of the payment options available to you.
  • All Tailfeather products have a 12-month warranty.
  • ­This covers manufacturing defects only. Wear and tear is strictly not covered.
  • ­We reserve the right to repair or replace any item depending on the situation.
  • ­To request a warranty claim please email Tailfeather with images and a description of the damage.
  • ­Shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
