Orders are shipped within 1- 3 days, unless otherwise listed.
All orders are sent with insurance and tracking numbers using Australia Post. Orders can be tracked online via the Australia Post website, www.auspost.com.au.
Colours and finishes are displayed as accurately as possible. Due to individual screen settings and monitor calibrations colors cannot be guaranteed.
All prices are shown and processed in Australian dollars. Payment in any other currency will be calculated by your payment provider, translated in to your local currency and represented on your card statement.
Returns are accepted if the product is in the condition you received it and sent back to us within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days Tail Feather Leather & Textiles has the right to refuse a refund or exchange. Additional shipping costs may be incurred for exchanges.
